We want every guest’s stay at Namriyano to be comfortable, peaceful and safe.

Please read the complex rules before check-in.

1. Check-in and check-out

Check-in and check-out times are communicated when booking or before your arrival.

Early check-in and late check-out are possible only by prior arrangement with management and subject to availability.

Only the number of guests agreed at the time of booking may stay in the house.

Please inform management in advance if the number of guests changes.

You may not allow other persons to occupy the booked house without management’s agreement.

2. Security deposit

A refundable security deposit of UAH 4,000 per house is payable at check-in.

The deposit is not payment for accommodation.

After check-out, management inspects the condition of the house and its property.

If everything is in order, the deposit is normally refunded on the day of check-out after the house inspection, and no later than 24 hours after check-out.

If property is damaged or lost, or specialist cleaning is required after the stay due to guests’ actions, the corresponding amount may be deducted from the deposit.

Damage may be documented using photographs and/or video.

Compensation is determined by the cost of repair, restoration, professional cleaning or purchasing identical or comparable property.

If compensation is less than UAH 4,000, the deposit balance is refunded to the guest.

If the damage exceeds the deposit, the guest pays the difference.

3. Taking care of property

Please take care when using:

  • furniture;
  • household appliances;
  • plumbing fixtures;
  • tableware and kitchen utensils;
  • textiles and bed linen;
  • decorative items;
  • doors, windows and locks;
  • terrace equipment;
  • the barbecue grill;
  • the hot tub and its equipment;
  • other items and landscaping features of the complex.

If you notice damage or a fault at check-in, please inform management.

If anything breaks or is damaged during your stay, please tell us straight away. This will help us resolve the situation quickly and prevent further damage.

The Guest is not responsible for normal wear and tear, hidden defects or technical faults not caused by them.

4. Cleanliness

Please keep the house and surrounding area reasonably clean.

Normal post-stay cleaning is included in the standard service.

However, if specialist cleaning, professional dry cleaning or removal of significant soiling clearly beyond normal use is needed after the stay, the guest may be required to cover those costs.

This includes, in particular:

  • heavily soiled furniture;
  • stains on mattresses;
  • damaged or heavily soiled textiles;
  • the effects of smoking inside the house;
  • other soiling requiring professional cleaning.

5. Smoking

Smoking inside the houses is prohibited.

Please smoke only in designated areas on the grounds.

This rule also applies to electronic cigarettes, heated tobacco systems and similar devices if their use creates odour or smoke or could damage the premises.

6. Open flames and fire safety

Open flames are prohibited inside the houses.

Barbecue grills, campfires and other cooking or fire-making equipment may be used only in designated areas.

Do not leave a fire unattended.

Unauthorised use of pyrotechnics and other fire-hazardous materials is prohibited.

7. Peace and comfort of other guests

Please respect the peace of other guests and local residents.

Loud music, shouting and other excessive noise are not allowed, especially in the evening and at night.

Loud celebrations, parties, corporate gatherings and other events must be agreed with management in advance.

The number of event participants must not exceed the number of guests agreed at booking without authorisation.

8. Pets

Stays with pets must be agreed with management before arrival.

The Guest is responsible for their pet’s behaviour and any damage or soiling it causes.

Please do not leave pets unattended if this could result in property damage or disturb other guests.

9. Children

Children must be supervised by adults on the complex grounds.

Parents, guardians or other responsible adults must personally supervise children’s safety when using the grounds, terrace, hot tub, barbecue grill and other facilities.

10. Hot tub

A private hot tub is an additional service.

One session costs UAH 2,500 and lasts up to 3 hours.

Guests using the hot tub must follow safety rules and management’s recommendations.

Do not leave children near the hot tub without adult supervision.

Using the hot tub is not recommended when heavily intoxicated or if your health makes it unsafe.

Multiple sessions may be booked if time slots are available.

11. Safety during air raid alerts

Please do not ignore official warnings during an air raid alert or reports of other danger.

Guests make their own decisions about moving to a shelter and must follow recommendations from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, government authorities and other competent services.

12. Prohibited activities

The following are prohibited in the houses and on the grounds of Namriyano:

  • using the premises for illegal activities;
  • deliberately damaging property;
  • smoking inside the houses;
  • using open flames outside designated areas;
  • using pyrotechnics without authorisation;
  • creating dangerous situations for yourself or other guests;
  • allowing third parties to use the house without agreement;
  • accommodating more guests than agreed;
  • holding loud group events without management’s agreement.

13. If a problem arises

If a fault, emergency, equipment problem or any other issue arises during your stay, please inform Namriyano management as soon as possible.

Do not attempt to repair complex appliances, electrical equipment, plumbing or other equipment yourself if this could cause further damage or danger.

14. Acceptance of the rules

By making a booking and checking in at Namriyano, the Guest confirms that they have read these Rules, the Public Offer and the payment and refund terms.

In the event of discrepancies between these Rules and the Public Offer, the Public Offer applies, subject to Ukrainian law.
