How long is the certificate valid?
The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Your stay must be booked before it expires.
We recommend choosing dates in advance, especially for weekends or public holidays.
Can I change the dates?
Yes, dates can be changed by prior agreement with management, subject to house availability.
You must request a change at least 7 days before your scheduled check-in. The certificate must still be valid on the new stay date.
Can I transfer the certificate to someone else?
Yes, the gift certificate can be transferred to another person. To redeem it, provide management with its number or an electronic or printed copy.
Can I pay extra for a larger house or additional services?
Yes, subject to availability, you can pay extra for a higher-category house, additional nights or services at the complex.
The additional charge is calculated using the prices in effect at the time of booking.
What does the certificate include?
The gift certificate specifies what it includes: the house category, number of nights, number of guests and any included additional services.
Services not listed on the certificate can be booked separately at current prices.
