Namriyano Holiday Complex
This page sets out the main terms for payment, cancellation, rescheduling bookings and refunding the security deposit.
1. BOOKING AND PAYMENT
To confirm a booking, an advance payment must be made in the amount and by the deadline communicated by Namriyano management when the booking is made.
Any remaining balance required under the terms of a particular booking must be paid in the manner and within the timeframe communicated when booking.
Payment may be made online on the website, by bank transfer, in full, or through available Monobank or PrivatBank instalment services, if that method is available for the particular booking.
A booking is considered confirmed once the payment required under its terms has been received.
Before paying, the Customer must check the selected house, stay dates, number of guests and total price.
2. BOOKING CANCELLATION
If the Customer requests cancellation or rescheduling at least 7 calendar days before check-in, the amount paid may be transferred to other available dates by agreement with Namriyano management.
If fewer than 7 calendar days remain before the scheduled check-in date, the advance payment is non-refundable unless otherwise required by Ukrainian law.
3. RESCHEDULING A BOOKING
If requested at least 7 calendar days before check-in, the booking may be rescheduled to other available dates without forfeiting the amount paid.
New dates must be agreed with Namriyano management and are subject to house availability.
If the accommodation price for the new dates differs from the original booking, the price will be adjusted accordingly.
4. NO-SHOW
If the Guest does not arrive on the booked date and has not agreed to reschedule or cancel in advance, the booking is considered unused.
In this case, the advance payment is non-refundable except as provided for by Ukrainian law.
5. REFUNDS
Where a refund is due under the booking terms, it will be made to the original payment method, if technically possible, or to the bank account provided by the Customer.
The time taken for a refund to be credited may depend on the bank and/or payment system.
If a service cannot be provided due to Namriyano’s fault, the Customer will be offered rescheduling to agreed dates or a refund for services not provided, in accordance with Ukrainian law.
6. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT
A refundable security deposit of UAH 4,000 (four thousand) per house is payable at check-in.
The security deposit is not an accommodation payment. It serves to ensure the safety of the complex’s property and compliance with the house rules.
After check-out, Namriyano management inspects the condition of the house and its property.
If there is no damage, loss of property or other substantiated property claim, the deposit is normally refunded after the house inspection on the day of check-out, and no later than 24 hours after check-out.
If damage, destruction, loss of property or a need for specialist cleaning is found as a result of actions by the Guest, their companions or pets, management may deduct from the security deposit the amount needed to repair, restore, clean or replace the affected property.
Management may document damage using photographs and/or video.
Compensation is calculated based on the cost of repair, restoration, professional cleaning or purchasing identical property or property with comparable characteristics.
If compensation is less than UAH 4,000, the deposit balance is refunded to the Guest. If it exceeds UAH 4,000, the Guest must pay the difference in accordance with Ukrainian law.
The Guest is not liable for normal wear and tear, technical faults not caused by them, hidden defects or damage that existed before check-in.
In the event of a dispute about damage or the amount of compensation, the parties will seek a negotiated resolution and, failing agreement, resolve the matter in accordance with Ukrainian law.
7. ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional services are charged separately unless included in the selected rate.
Private hot tub: UAH 2,500 per session of up to 3 hours. Multiple sessions may be booked subject to availability.
Cancellation terms for additional services may depend on the time of cancellation and actual preparation costs incurred.
8. FORCE MAJEURE AND WARTIME CIRCUMSTANCES
Where circumstances objectively prevent services from being provided, including hostilities, emergencies, government decisions or other force majeure events, rescheduling or refunds will be addressed according to the particular circumstances and Ukrainian law.
The existence of martial law alone does not automatically result in booking cancellation or a refund if providing the services remains objectively possible.

By making a booking and payment, the Customer confirms that they have read and accept the terms of Namriyano’s Public Offer. In the event of discrepancies, the Public Offer applies, subject to the requirements of current Ukrainian law.
